A best practice that aligns with Global Methodist Church values of prioritizing work at the local church level is to establish a local church camp scholarship if you do not already have one. Many churches raise money and pay half of student registration fees and the full amount for their adult volunteers. Most churches have some sort of locally funded camp scholarship.
